2011 Cupcake Challenge
On Saturday, May 7, 2011 the Rendezvous 2011 Committee participated in the 1st annual Cupcake Challenge presented by the International Children’s Festival.
Each team prepared a display of cupcakes that was reviewed by a panel of judges and those in attendance. The 150th display came in second but achieved the most points from the general public and judges. Way to go team!
The teams were also judged on the amount of money raised. While our enthusiastic team members sold out of cupcakes the fastest and raised $240, the Investors Group ultimately sold more cupcakes and came in first overall.
A great time was had by all and it was for a great cause!
If you are heading down to the International Children’s Festival from May 31 — June 4, be sure to stop by the Rendezvous 2011 booth and check out our great array of 150th merchandise. Who couldn’t use a pair of Moostoos antlers?!
